Online engagement can get complicated, especially when it involves coordinating lots of people in your organisation. Training new staff on your engagement platform can feel like a full-time job in its own right.

To alleviate some of this pressure, we're announcing an exciting new training program to support our customer's internal users to learn The HiVE. The new program lets you rely on us to do your internal training for you!

The program aims to make it easier for administrators to manage the growing complexity and demand for digital engagement while still providing consistent, high-quality training directly from our product specialists.

From June 2021, we're hosting regular monthly training sessions on The HiVE and opening the doors to everyone in your organisation. That's right; there are no limits to how many sessions you can attend or even how many users you can send along (subject to session limits).

We plan on holding 12 online sessions per year, alternating between our basic and advanced training content so your users can learn the front-end, the back-end or both. Session times will vary each month to account for users in different time zones.

The best part is that the training is free for all Premium subscribers* who will receive a 'Season Pass' to attend all Basic and Advanced sessions throughout the year.

If you're not yet a Premium Subscriber, you can purchase a Season Pass separately from your subscription or attend individual sessions at a per session rate.

We're excited about this initiative and supporting our customers to learn the platform. We plan to start small and refine the program based on your feedback and build new training opportunities into the program in the future.
