We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our new Learning Centre, a comprehensive self-service training and support resource to complement your HiVE experience.

Launching Monday 4 May, the Learning Centre is a comprehensive guide to The HiVE, with articles on all functions of the platform, handy step by step guides, walkthroughs of all major features, links to our most recent blog posts and useful tips, tricks and hacks to help you get the most out of your platform.

The Learning Centre also includes sections for every content and participation tool within the platform, with easy to understand steps breaking down every action, specification and purpose of each tool, with additional advice and practice tips to ensure you are aligning your activities with industry best practice and getting the best results out of your engagement projects.

The Learning Centre is also complimented by a growing series of HiVE Hacks, articles highlighting often-overlooked or ‘super user’ level tips and tricks to take your projects up a notch and improve the design and appearance, functionality and usability, or efficiency and effectiveness of your projects. This series will continue to grow over time, and we welcome any suggestions or requests for specific HiVE Hacks in the future.

The Learning Centre will replace the existing User Guide, currently residing on the Harvest Digital Planning help desk site, providing a distinct, easy to use one stop shop for all features and functions of The HiVE. The Learning Centre will be used in tandem with training and support to ensure you always have the answers you need at your fingertips.

Unlike the previous user guide, the Learning Centre is built on The HiVE, so tools, features and functions can be demonstrated on the page and users can view the capabilities of the platform in situ and interact with a familiar interface. This means examples on the page will behave just as tools on any HiVE site would, providing a richer and more intuitive experience than our previous user guide.

The Learning Centre will grow over time in response to the needs of our user community, so we welcome all feedback or requests for future content on the site.

Access to the Learning Centre will be restricted to current HiVE users with organisational email addresses that correspond to current subscriptions. Users will need to create a password protected account in order to access the Learning Centre.

We are launching the new Learning Centre with a webinar, running Monday 4 May 11am and Wednesday 6 May 3pm AEST.
