In this upcoming release, we continue building The HiVE’s reporting capability and give you the ability to hide project cards from your homepage.

Overview reporting

Overview reports will now be available for all participation tools, not just the Form tool. This report will help you gain new insights into your participation results and qualify the evidence you use in decision making.

Available in the Results section of the Reports, the Overview tab includes a graph showing feedback activity, the preferred technologies used to leave feedback, key member demographics (age, gender and age by gender) and how contributions are distributed by location.

The demographic and spatial information in this report is particularly useful to understand how representative your results are, and where they are potentially biased toward a particular age, gender or location within your community.

The Overview report can also be exported as an attractively designed .pdf document.

Member data analysis

The Member information you collect through your signup form will now be appended to the results of all participation tools. You will now be able to search, filter and export member demographic data in Fund It, Quick Poll, Q&A, Visioner, Conversation and Forum reports.

Hiding project cards from the project list

We’ve made some improvements to manage the visibility of project cards on your site. Site Administrators will now have the ability to exclude a project card from appearing in any project lists on your homepage, project page, or any other page.
