The HiVE's News Feed tool provides a great way to continuously interact with your participants during online engagements. It helps sustain their involvement, build familiarity with your project, promote buy-in, and most importantly, build trust.

Utilising the News Feed and religiously adding regular updates is one of the most important things you can do to achieve mastery of digital engagement. It's especially effective when leveraging The HiVE's integrated notification capability and 'closing the loop' with your participants.

We've added five distinct visual styles that let you choose how the News Feed appears on a project, including an option to display news items in a revolving 'carousel'. We think this looks amazing and will no doubt capture your participant's attention.

The carousel option provides an eye-catching, interactive way to display your news items.

We've also added fine-grain control over how the news items appear in the News Feed, with the ability to show or hide titles and descriptions as necessary. You can also add and customise 'call to action' links to make it more apparent that news items are clickable.

However, the real game-changer is the ability to aggregate news items from multiple projects into a single feed.

This feature unlocks a range of exciting possibilities, including the ability to show updates from a related group of projects, from projects tagged with a specific category or location, or even aggregating updates from all projects onto your homepage.

We're excited to see the creative ways our customers will use these new features in their engagements and bring together information from across their sites.
